Refund policy
At Causeway Fabrics our customer’s expectations are very important to us. We go to every effort to make sure the descriptions and image of the product is as accurate as possible. However we offer a sample service and we highly recommend that you use this where possible before making your purchase
Returning Damaged Items
Should the products arrive damaged please contact us ASAP. We will normally ask for images to be sent to speed up the return and replacement and any return costs for damaged items will of course be our responsibility.
Goods That Can Not Be Returned
These products are:
- Made to measure curtains
- Made to measure blinds
- Made to measure accessories
We offer a sampling service for these products to allow you to check the colour of products before purchase, as all monitors show colour differently.
We can only accept returns for colour variance where the product differs in colour from our supplied sample.
Refunds
We process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and you will receive a notification email confirming your refund once made.
Please note
All returns can only be accepted when sent back with the original packaging and they should be returned in a saleable condition. Please ensure the outer packaging is sufficient. We recommend returning goods in the same outer packaging as we sent them to you.
